Appointement Policies. 

A non-refundable deposit is required when booking an appointment. The deposit goes towards your service on the day of your appointment. 

There is a 15 minute grace period for all appointments. If you are past the 15 minute late mark, you will forfeit your deposit. It is at our discretion to decide if we will have enough time to take your appointment. 

If your are a NO CALL/NO SHOW your appointment will be canceled and you will forfeit your deposit , as well as be charged 50% of the services booked. You will need to schedule a new appointment. 

If you need to cancel/reschedule your appointment you must do so within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, if not you will forfeit your deposit as well as be charged 50% of the service booked.
